How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping charges are based on the courier services we use.
New Zealand:Â Â Â NZ North Island $6.50Â Â NZ South Island $7.50Â Â NZ Rural $9.50Â
Australia:        Australia Standard $18.00  Australia Rural $22.00
International:Â Â Â All other international countries are $35.00

When selecting your shipping options please be honest with your location - we are a small business and if you select a cheaper shipping option there is still a charge that needs to be payed, therefore, this is billed to The Good Source. We are doing our best to ensure that shipping charges are kept as low as we can!Â
How long will shipping take?
We aim to process your order within 24 business hours.
Once picked up by the courier, parcels within NZ will be delivered in 1-3 working days. Please note any orders placed on weekend days will be shipped out on a Monday morning.Â
If you are in a country outside of New Zealand it will take longer for your order to arrive. We suggest adding a tracking option for clearer guidelines.Â
During busy periods there may be a delay while we work through large volumes of orders.
Return policy
Don't like what you've got? Return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ask any questions before you make your purchase to avoid any need for returns.
